Neil has spent over 30 years as a qualified residential builder. Sim has spent her career managing construction offices, working directly alongside homeowners, designers, and trades. Together, they kept seeing the same thing repeat — homeowners starting projects full of excitement and ending up overwhelmed, stretched financially, and stressed.
